1. Software licenses
Our WordPress plugins (e.g. GST Invoices, WhatsApp Connect) are sold as one-time lifetime licenses for a single domain unless stated otherwise. A license key is issued after payment. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Licenses may not be resold, redistributed or used on more domains than purchased. BizSensei OMS is licensed per restaurant location; terms are confirmed before purchase.
2. Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is due before digital delivery or before service work begins, as applicable.
3. Services
Marketing, development and consulting work follows a written proposal or agreement. Timelines are estimates; we communicate delays promptly.
4. Digital delivery
License keys and download links are delivered by email, per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our software or services, attempt to circumvent licensing, or use our work to break the law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra, India.
