1. Digital products (plugins)
If a plugin does not work as described and our support cannot fix it within a reasonable number of attempts, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds revoke the license key. Refunds are not available for change of mind after 7 days, for misuse, or where the buyer refuses reasonable troubleshooting.
2. Services
Marketing retainers, development and consulting follow the signed proposal. Advance payments for work not yet started are refundable; work already delivered is billed as agreed. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 15 days' notice.
3. How to request
Email info@bizsensei.co.in with your order number and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
4. Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
